   Application Procedure and Entry Requirement:


Students who wanted to register at Eduville and apply for university programs, please complete application form (in our contact us page). Meanwhile you can contact Mr Muhammad or Ms Ria on University programs that you’re interested. Their contact details are available at contact-us 

A counselling session will be held to gather all information and sharing of university program details and tuition fees.

Documents required for application

Phase 1

  1. Clear Digital Passport sized photograph with White Background.

  2. All pages of International Passport including empty pages (Passport must have at least 18 months validity)

  3. Copy of your Secondary School, High School, University certificates and transcripts (one set in original language and second set in English translation if applicable).

  4. IELTS Results based on requirement (latest)

  5. For PhD / DBA  students, Research Proposal is needed.

  6. Application Fees of USD100 (private university) and USD 150 for public university. The amount of USD100 is refundable during entrance into 1st semester. Payable to Edubridge Resources Sdn Bhd bank account. Invoice will be issued.

Phase 2

  1. University application form will be filled up by Eduville and/or student.

  2. Pre-arrival medical screening form and report, the form can be obtained from Mr Muhammad   (Medical examination form verified by your local country doctor).

  3. Eduville will send Eligibility Letter from University to the student.

  4. Student shall make payment for International student registration and visa processing fee (EMGS FEE) (the amount will be indicated in the offer letter and payment account details).

  5. Upon completion of payment, University will submit student’s visa application to Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) to process visa approval letter (VAL).

  6. When Eduville receive the Malaysian Immigration approval (approx. 1 month), Eduville will send a notification to inform student on visa approval. Student is required to apply for an entry visa from the Malaysian Embassy in their respective country (if necessary).

  7. Student MUST inform Eduville of their arrival details and accommodation requirement (AT LEAST ONE WEEK before arrival date). Eduville will assist student to get immigration clearance at airport.

  8.  Student must pay 1st year full tuition fee before arrival in Malaysia.

  9. Once the student arrives in Malaysia, he/she has to attend medical screening at EMGS approved panel clinics within 7days of arrival date. Student shall submit passport to respective University for endorsement of student pass.
